Are your formulas safe for puppies?
Yes. All Eldo & Fur formulas are pH-balanced, sulphate-free, and gentle enough for puppies over 8 weeks old. We always recommend consulting your vet for any specific skin condition.
What ingredients do you use?
We use plant-derived actives like colloidal oat, chamomile, aloe vera, lavender, and argan oil. Every ingredient is naturally derived, ethically sourced, and listed in full on each product.
Do you test on animals?
Never. Our formulas are loved by animals — never tested on them. We work with veterinary dermatologists to ensure every product is safe and effective.
How often should I bathe my dog?
For most coat types, once every 2–4 weeks is ideal. Our Botanical Coat Spray can be used between baths to refresh and lightly detangle.
Where do you ship?
Eldo & Fur is currently available in Australia only. We ship Australia-wide, with carbon-neutral delivery included on every order over $60.
What is your return policy?
If you or your dog aren't in love with a product, return it within 30 days for a full refund — even if it's been opened.
Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes. Our bottles are made from recycled glass and PCR plastic, and all outer packaging is FSC-certified and curbside recyclable.
